If something is wrong, the useful response is to correct it clearly.
Short answer
Material factual errors should be corrected promptly. Fast-changing provider data is updated as new published information becomes available.

How corrections are handled
Minor wording or formatting improvements may be made without a separate notice. Material factual corrections should update the page review date and, where useful, be noted in the page's change history or data notes.
For waiting-time data, the underlying provider source takes priority. A user who identifies a discrepancy should be able to trace our entry back to that source.
