Why this site exists

ADHD information online is often split between dense clinical guidance, social-media shorthand and commercial provider pages. ADHD Explained aims to sit in the middle: readable enough for patients and families, but transparent enough that clinicians and informed readers can inspect the source.

What it will grow into

This prototype establishes the information architecture for deeper topic clusters: adult ADHD, women and ADHD, children and young people, work and university, medication, non-pharmacological support, private versus NHS routes, Right to Choose, waiting times and assessment quality.

Relationship to My Neuro Health

ADHD Explained is related to My Neuro Health. Relevant pages may eventually link readers to assessment options, but educational content should remain useful even if a reader never becomes a patient. Provider comparisons should remain source-based and visibly disclose the relationship.
